No. Our service fee covers professional work only — plan preparation, documentation, and submission. Government fees (application fees, betterment charges, scrutiny fees, stamp duty) are separate, vary by plot size and location, and are quoted upfront before you proceed.

Our service fees are fixed regardless of plot size for standard residential plots. Government charges do vary by plot area, location, and the specific authority (GHMC, HMDA, MMC, CMC) — we provide a full cost breakup before you begin so there are no surprises.

You pay 50% upfront to begin your application and the remaining 50% on certificate delivery — no full advance is required. We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, cards, net banking, or cash/bank transfer at our office.
